YOGA: a philosophy that teaches a person to experience inner peace by controlling the body and mind.
Private classes offer you personal instruction aimed at increasing awareness and understanding within your body. With one on one instruction you can work to improve specific poses, improve or develop personalized routines, focus on injuries or areas of discomfort, learn and work on alignment principles within or between poses, and learn about yoga in a more personalized manner. Practice in the comfort of your own home, or we can book studio space for an additional charge.
